But what about the other company?

No response so far! I'm trying to get them to pay up but in a worst case scenario I should be able to contact the website hosting company and at least get the image removed.
I have now contacted a third company who are trying to push the blame onto the web designer but that's not quite how it works and I'm now getting the silent treatment!
Fair play! You cant go around stealing other peoples pictures.
